The difference between the Maxiflex Endurance and the Maxiflex Ultimate glove is the palm and fingers on the Endurance are coated with small Nitrile Dots on the to provide extra durability, an extra layer of protection and superior grip in wet conditions. With the Open Back Gloves the back of the glove is not coated making it less expensive and providing better breathability when back of the hand protection is not required
